A Maintained and Non-Maintained Self Test Bulkhead fitting that periodically perform automatic tests to ensure safety and reliability of each installation. This bulkhead is designed to provide a 3 hour emergency escape light in the event of mains failure. They also routinely perform a functional test whenever the batteries are replaced and upon first installation.

Wider diffuser/ body enables luminaire to be easily retro-fit- i/e covers over any markings from the bulkhead being replaced, therefore removing the need to attend to the décor. This fitting also comes as standard with a self adhesive exit legend so this can be used if required as a exit sign.
