A PIR security floodlight complete with a unique 36 watt spiral fluorescent lamp and offers the equivalent light output of a 200 watt tungsten halogen lamp, the lamp has a cool white colour temperature which gives excellent colour rendering so is perfect for use with CCTV cameras. Once the PIR has detected movement the floodlight has an instant flicker free start up due to its electronic ballast.
When the floodlight has to be on for longer periods of time simply switch the unit off and on again with two seconds this uses the manual override control, when the automatic PIR mode is needed simply switch off the unit for ten seconds and then switch back on again. It has a high polished internal reflector which allows the light to be thrown forward where required and it is made from die cast aluminium and finished in black.
